Emergency Drill is coming out on eBook on the 18th Jan. Publication Day is approaching fast and I hear I’m going on tour! My bag is packed, I’ve filled up the car and I’m raring to go. Oh, it’s a blog tour? Well that’s a lot less stressful and more environmentally friendly.
I’m looking forward to what the bloggers and reviewers have to say, though with a certain amount of trepidation, of course. I spent a lot of time writing Emergency Drill. Suppose they don’t like it? We’ll have to wait and see. I’m sure they are all people of great taste and literary discernment. Of course they are going to like it.
As well as being blogged by Donna on the 19th Jan, I’m also having a virtual interview with her on the 18th. I’ve listened to several of her interviews and they have all been very entertaining. I hope I don’t let the side down. She asks some unusual and interesting questions, so you never know what’s going to come up in conversation.
Looking further ahead, it seems there may be a few delays before the hardback and paperback versions of Emergency Drill are available. There is a worldwide shortages of paper, shipping crates and delivery drivers. We are probably running out of ink, reading glasses and bookshelves too. To add to the problems, there has been a big increase in the sales of paperback books. So, basically, you can’t get my book yet because too many people are buying books. I will keep you posted. I suggest panic buying Emergency Drill as soon as becomes available.
We pre ordered the E book so looking forward to reading it Pete. Oh, sorry Chris!
Thanks Paul. Hope you enjoy it. Chris/Nick
